Land & Property Requirements

Land

We require land suitable to build between 6-12 apartments with planning or sites that are capable of gaining successful planning permission. We would also consider half-built apartment schemes.

Land will be acquired subject to planning consent, to our satisfaction.

Property

We require properties that can be converted to a 4, 5 or 6 bedroom House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO), particularly in the Liverpool region. Properties do not need to hold a current HMO licence as we will arrange this.
